Our favorite beer of the week is North Coast Brewing Co. Scrimshaw Pilsner. It’s a brilliant golden amber color, with canned peach, tangerine peel, caramel chocolate cake, and yeasty bread dough aromas. A frothy entry leads to a dryish light-to medium body of toast, dried stone fruit, and tangerines. Finishes with a canned peach and marmalade fade.
